Welcome to Hills Pet Mates, your local, Aussie family-owned online pet store in Cherrybrook. We are a husband-and-wife team with an immense love for animals. That's why we're dedicated to keeping you and your pets happy by offering convenient home delivery options including Same Day, Next Day and Standard Delivery.

Having been pet parents ourselves, we built Hills Pet Mates for fellow pet parents because we understand that sometimes you simply don't have time to plan ahead — and suddenly realise you need food, litter or other essentials for your loved ones. We offer a carefully selected range of quality pet food, treats and everyday essentials, with a focus on convenience and trust. And with fast local delivery, we help make sure your furry friends don't have to wait.

As a small family-owned business, we want to provide a simple, personal and efficient service. While we may not always be the cheapest, we work hard to keep our prices competitive while providing the convenience and personal service that comes with shopping local.

As we're still growing and want to make sure we provide the best possible service, we're currently keeping our local delivery area within the Hills, including Cherrybrook, Dural, Castle Hill, Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills, Thornleigh, Westleigh, Kellyville, North Kellyville, Beaumont Hills, Norwest and Bella Vista, among others.

If you live close to these areas and delivery isn't currently available to your address, please call us on 045-211-PETS (7387) and we'll happily see if we can help.

We've also recently introduced FREE Pick-Up from our Cherrybrook location for most products. Pick-Up is available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM, with prior arrangement. If we don't yet deliver to your area, you're very welcome to place an order for Pick-Up instead.
